I had planned on making this about a month ago but I got bogged down in school work so I didn't get to it till recently. This is Pia Ikea from the Ask Ikea Pony tumblr .Update:

I had accidentally had the bit of the mane that curls towards her face below the blue when it should have been on top. That is fixed now.
