THREE PIECES OF RANDOM TRASH IN A ROW. 8D *twitches*No, I just wanted to practice different poses and pallets.
As you all might've noticed, neatness hasn't been my top priority in these colored sketches that really should be bunched together and submitted as scraps. ...Wow, a year and two months can do wonders.

...I think this is my favorite one. I love the muted, grayish-brownish colors...like an old style photograph. I happen to like old style photographs, and I SWEAR it has absolutely NOTHING to do with my current obsession with the late 19th century.

Heh, I'm very...susceptible to influences from stuff I read. xD; Some from Bleach, some from Kingdom Hearts, etc. When I get obsessed with a series, my style looks similar to that.. but as soon as I find a new obsesson, it changes again and again.

Whenever you get stuck on a BG, pick a random brush and use the double bush mode and SWEEP with diffeent colors! xD;

I like the messy coloring style actually. Both work very well.
Amyspirit is right: it's a lot like sepia tones. Sepia is like black and white except more like brownish-red and white and all the shades in between. It's rather popular in photography I believe.
