I have Elements 10 and it doesnt have an animation function so: nope... But you could save it using 'save for web' or something and then you can make it an animation^^

I saw this a long time ago, but it stuck, it's such a good and easy way to do eye blinks ~ (Now if only I could draw eyes nicely. Practise time!)
