That's the magic of photoshop custom brushes! There are loads of freebies, you should check them out if you use PS. I'm quite fond of clouds, sparkles, and leaves brushes lol.

Where do you get free brushes? I found some nice sets of blood splatters, moons, and such, but I'd love more. I don't think I've seen any cloud ones ever...
