Here's a bit of Tales trivia: Jade Curtiss was actually slated to play the big villain in Tales of Symphonia, but it soon came to the director's attention that he was just too amazingly awesome, and it simply wouldn't do to have the villain beating the heroes time and again. In the end they decided to give him a role as one of the main characters in a later title of the Tales franchise to avoid creating an unbeatable game.
