In the second part of my series, I look at the ladies that brought each show to TV.

Britt Allacroft found out about the Railway Series (The Book Series that Thomas started off in) when filming a show about trains. She read a few books and fell in love with the characters. She believed they would be perfect for a kids show. After getting funding and filming rights, she aired the show to massive success.

Lauren Faust was asked by Hasbro to relaunch the MLP TV show. She decided to make the show more mature than previous versions and make it more watchable for different audiences. This was successful and Bronies were born.
