She's a character in Fraggle Rock. An animated pile of garbage who is the Fraggles' oracle.

I'm not sure I'd really be much help - I just drew pictures with a pencil. I've never animated in my life, and though I've done a little bit of modelling, I don't have a quarter the skills or knowledge of a lot of other people on DeviantArt. But if I *do* know the answer to something, I'm happy to share!
