This is excellent! Really fun. It may just be my crappy computer, but I can't tell what is hanging on Spidey's shoulder in the first panel. Defs a fave though!

I like the composition. One thing I would play around with is seeing about removing those rounded edges on the rectangles. Sharper edges would make the image look a little more dynamic (in my opinion). I mean if it's digital it's something easy enough to change just to see how it looks. Well done!

Nice the choreography, I like how you connected the webing to their logical point even if it crossed into other panels.

Good composition and color-use. The "Sp", "id", "er", and "Man" in the lower corners are a bit distracting and unnecessary, though. Still, good work.
