Description
After a very long night with a lot of alcohol and a huge fight with his wife, King Marc went to Hekapoo's dimension to blow off some steam. Little did he know what or rather who would come after him, seven and a half minutes after he left her dimension.... Ladies and gentlemewmen, please welcome César Diaz!

The name César comes from the fact that Hekapoo tried to give him a "human" name, not knowing what might be a little... outdated or inappropiate these days.

Personality: When César comes to Mewni (in the Episode "César comes to Mewni"), he is a very well-behaved, calm boy, who is just trying to get along with this strange new world his mother had told him about so much. He doesn't really step out of line, even though he sometimes is a little awkward due to not knowing some traditions and do's and don't's - also, his knowledge tends to be slightly outdated sometimes. He is very insecure about himself an his place in the world, especially considering thaat his mom is the forger of the dimensional scissors and his father the king of Mewni (which also makes it difficult for him to deal with Star).

Likes:
- Books! Books, books, books, books.... and so on.
- The Royal Mewni Library (sooo many books!)
- Dimensional travels
- Nachos (both the dragon cycle and the food)

Dislikes:
- People trying to touch or blow out his flame
- Shoes
- Long sleeves (there don't seem to be sleeves for his kind of arms)
- Too sweet stuff

So, this is Sugar's half brother, first coming to Mewni in the episode "César comes to Mewni" (which is yet to be written). And hoo boy, Sugar is NOT amused. Neither is Star.

As usal, no Ship Wars (you've been warned!) and tell me what you think about his design.

Artistic commentary:
- The fact that his flame is blue does not in this context mean that his fire is hotter or stronger than his mom's. It's weaker, in the end, since he is half human. If you ever let a flame suffocate, will realize it turns blue before going out.
- His design is a mix of Marco and Hekapoo. (Surprise!) He comes mostly after Hekapoo, when it comes to the looks, except for the nose and the hair.
- I wanted his color scheme to be blue and golden, because it looks quite royal. Also, I wanted to give him a color scheme different from his parents.
- The dimensional scissors are sorta based on Hekapoo's, but are less curved, blue and golden and have a little gemstone on it.
- At first, I wanted his skin tone to be a mix of Marco and Hekapoo, like it is the case with Sugar, but I thought, this way, they look less similar, which is important for the series.

Edit: Fixed the flame (which looked really odd) and added the logo.
