The anime that I liked the most during my childhood was "Hana no Pyun Pyun Maru" (laughs). To put it simply, it's a nonsense manga. There's no depth, bitterness, implication, or emotion to it. But even "Alice in Wonderland" doesn't have any preachy parts, so it's good, isn't it? By the way, my favorite scene in Alice is the tea party. The Mad Hatter says, "Congratulations on nothing happening today. When you're busy every day, it's really nice to have a day with nothing planned." Nonsense can be quite profound.
As for what I liked about Hana no Pyun Pyun Maru, it was probably Niko Niko Ninja. He appears while singing, "Niko Niko Niko Niko, coming from Nikko" (laughs). The opening song is sung by Ichiro Mizuki. He's the one who yells, "Kibishii!"(It's so tough!) (laughs).
