Description
Another updated Doctor Card. See my 1st Doctor submission for an explanation of why he's both The Doctor-type and Timelord-type----
This card may be Special-Summoned when "The 1st Doctor" on your side of the field is destroyed.
If this card is targeted by the effect of a continuous trap card, then on the 3rd standby phase, negate the effect of that card and destroy it.
This card cannot be effected by "Swords of Revealing Light"
