Another Yugioh card with thanks to Kazuki Takahashi (for making the game), Yugiohcardmaker.net (for making the epic cardmaker system), and for for making the brilliant artwork! (on paint, no less!)

effect: This monster cannot be normal summoned or set. This monster can only be special-summoned from your hand by removing from play one monster with "Bubbles" in it's name during your Standby Phase. This monster can attack as many times as there are monsters on your opponents side of the field.
At the end of your turn, this monster is removed from play. You can then special-summon one monster with "Bubbles" in it's name from out-of-play.
