Description Credit for the pic I used goes to !! I'm so annoyed that I couldn't fit the whole magnificent piece into the card! find it, in full, right here [link]

I think they should have kept more from the anime when making these cards. And yet, they should have ditched a number of Toon effects. They are rediculously overpowered even if they depend on Toon World! I'll refuse to duel anyone with a Toon deck. That's why I've been fixing them. Toon World has alot of potential as a practical, balanced series.

This version is based on the yugioh.wikia.com description of the Anime effect. I think it works well with my version of the Toon effects. If there is no Toon World, they can't return from out of play.

Pay 1000 Life Points in order to play this card. You can remove face-up monsters on your side of the field in order to Special-Summon monsters with the same name with the addition of "Toon" or "Manga". You can remove face-up Toon monsters on your side of the field from play and Special-Summon them during your Battle Phase. Treat the Monster Card Zone that monster was on as occupied until it is removed from out-of-play, or when this card is removed from the field.

Nice !

I agree with you, they should have kept him more like in the anime and made a whole serie. Too bad they seem to have forgotten them.

ultimately, they were gimmicky character cards. Oh well, that's what yugiohcardmaker is for

I personally recommend looking around for updated versions of Magic Set Editor more, you can get it more up-to-date (ie Pendulums) than YuGiOh Cardmaker. Plus you can get additional non-canon templates for fun.

Hm...magicseteditor.sourceforge.net…

You'll need some text fonts though, particularly the Matrix family.

no problem. It's what I use all the time. I used to use yugiohcardmaker but gave up when they took 3 years to implement Xyz monsters.
