The red Bat symbol looks off at first, simply because its red. BUT I think it serves as a wonderful (and logical) harbinger to the Terry McGuinnis Batman Beyond symbol. This design would look smashing in motion.

Actually, the red was just because I wanted to do something different at first, yet keep it stealth, As I don't think the Batman should have colorful garbs. And then I started to build a back story - actually tapping into what everything knows already, really - with the red being a reminder for Bruce, of his parents being murdered. He wears the blood bat symbol as a crest, and it's always going to be a weight on his chest. Literally.
