Description
This ring is for sale in my etsy shop [link] <-- more pics hereA Solid, slightly 'antique' looking Ring featuring a faceted Peridot.
The Stone is a 7mm x 5mm faceted oval Peridot which is a GORGEOUS grass green colour, and sparkles nicely regardless of the angle it is viewed from. Such a pretty stone. I love peridot
The shank is 4mm wide and is decorated with an embossed rococco design. It is finished to a soft polish.
In my mind this is a Malfoy/Slytherin ring, but only beacuse of the Green stone and the general 'antique' feel to it. There's not real connection other than that

Oh, I thought I'd sent you a message about that! It must have got lost in the confusion of my first week at tafe..
Anyway, the ring is all done and on its way to you. I posted it on Wednesday so you should be recieving it in a week or two depending on how fast the international post moves. Usually things going to America arrive in under two weeks.
Let me know when it gets there and that I got the size right, and if you get a moment please leave some happy feedback at Etsy. A good reputation is very important on selling sites like that!

Thanks
Yeah it's a really nice stone, I keep picking it up to admire the colour, I'm having to really force myself not to keep it for myself....

No, it's embossed. Which means that the metal is passed through a roller and the pattern is imprinted on it. I don't have a rolling mill (it's on my list of 'tools to buy' but my metal supplier has a small range of embossed wires and this is one of their patterns.
