So that I'd have a lighter weapon to carry when wearing my Aliens USCM armour I made this M41A pulse rifle out of plasticard, balsawood, pipe and the front end of an airsoft SPAS12 shotgun.Related content

Yes, I own a deactivated Thompson M1A1 and it came in useful when measuring for the receiver. The resin version is too wide.

Thanks. I did consider using an LED display (fixed at 95) but decided to keep things as simple as I could. As it is this turned out to be too complicated to put together instructions for my website like I did with the rebel trooper blaster and endor trooper donut.

I know... at one point you simply have to step down and NOT do everything you thought of. Installing a little display wouldn't be too difficult, given you have at least a little bit experience working with that stuff. I also understand that it still requires some time and dedication (and money) which might not be available in the quantities needed
