Description
For the last few months, I’ve been sharing symmetrical snowflake patterns with you. This hobby has turned out to be so relaxing, fun, and surprisingly easy that I wanted to give you the chance to learn how to do it, too.So I took all the tools, tips and steps I use to create these patterns, and I put them together in a series of bite-size video tutorials and published them on SkillShare.
The class is 41 minutes long, and you can use this link to get an entire month of access for free! skl.sh/2K60pR5
On top of learning how to create symmetrical snowflakes, you’ll also learn how to sell these patterns as prints and physical merchandise like coffee cups, so you can turn this hobby into an income source if you want to.
I can’t wait to hear what you think of this class, and to see what kind of art you use it to create!
Also, if you know someone who you think would enjoy drawing symmetrical patterns, please share this link with them. I really appreciate it!
If you're here from ProjectComment:
I would like to know if this page makes you want to watch the tutorial - and, if you watch the tutorial, if you find it easy to use. Thanks for your feedback!

So, u have some great studies for each snowflake design. In general, all of them look brilliant to the eye. But I'll break it down for each one.
The first one on the left has a great symbol to it, like it would perfectly fit a sun catcher on my window! (Along with the nice Aurora effect)
The second has some nice fire motif, befitting the warm colors out there. I call this the "Summer Solstice" snowflake!
The third one looks like some dark snowflake, as what it says. Talk about "speaking evil" but dark isn't always evil.
The fourth has some mystical looking snowflake. It's like some mandala motif!
The fifth is yet another mystical looking, but has some brilliant holy light and it looks immaculate.
The sixth has some girl power to it, because... it's PINK!
The seventh has the best fit for a winter snowflake.
The eighth has some goth look into it.
The ninth is something Elsa would like to wear as her new pendent! ...but the is my favorite overall ^_^
The tenth is something Rapunzel would like to wear as her new pendant! ^^
Overall, ur designs are flawless, everything looks great. U really have lots of brilliant art skills in making those immaculate snowflake designs and I love it.
Keep up the great work, as always!

Thank you very much for the feedback! I agree that I didn't make the contrast high enough on some of the snowflakes, so I'll keep an eye out for that in the future.
For the snowflake that you think is two-dimensional, is it maybe because some parts of it are more transparent than the other snowflakes, thus giving it a thinner appearance? Here's the full-sized version, so you can see it better:

Thank you. I don't generally go back and tweak completed patterns, but I'll keep your suggestions in mind if I draw a similar pattern in the future.

Wow! This is very awesome. I just love the shapes and colors, as well as how you made the snowflakes look like glowing ice crystals.

Very pretty, these would look great in a stained-glass window (drawing or RL).

To be honest I am not sure. I usually never have enough time long enough between OT; daily items and resting..
