Fanart Friday for March 27, 2014 [TUMBLR POST ]Bah, this looks like I wiped my ass with it. This is just a quick doodle I did of Raph and Spike that I drew after watching Slash and Destroy (which was probably the first good episode all season, IMHO…) and had lots of feels, so I needed to draw a pic of Raph in his happier times with Spike.
It's a bit rushed because the original pic I was trying to get done for the weekend I did this Fanart Friday was like 50% done, and there was no way I could finish it in the couple nights I had left, so... decided to finish this one instead. I was never happy with Raph's face in this one, and I did try to fix it before inking, but it was a bit of a failure (this is actually an IMPROVEMENT, believe it or not). His eyes creep me the fuck out. Oh well. It's been awhile since I drew turtles, so I think it might be why I was having so many issues with his face... been drawing too many humans, LOL. Anyway... Hope y'all like it anyway. My Spike is cute! LOL.
