Description
You can receive a 3D impression without anyglasses, just a little patience is needed:
[link]
You cross your eyes like once in your childhood
while keeping an armΒ΄s-length distance to the screen.
Both photos should appear as 4 blurry photos.
Now let your eyes snap back to normal - but do it slow.
In advance of this, the two photos in the middle will overlap
at a moment. You should see 3 photos now!
Remain at that point for a while and your brain
starts to realize that these two overlapping photos are
almost the same. The middle photo reveals its 3D effect,
while both outer photos stay blurry.
All of this is not even dangerous to your eyes, it's
like looking at an object close to you that isn't really there.

It would look even better if the stuff in the background was 3D too.

I like how the TMP Connie impulse engines were reused for this ship.

Wow. You can even look through the canopy of the top shuttle to the interior. Great effect. I also dabble in the stereoview. [link]

It's cool, did you use a modeling program?
I don't know much about 3D but I do know some about scifi and regular art, and... like the exaggerated thrusters to the proportioning in the rearview part. .

As written in my comment:
"The model is taken from: [link] "
I just converted it from Lightwave to Cinema4D
and set up lighting, glow-effects, stereoscopic mounting and a nice hubble background.
