Andromeda Commission forThis is art for Chapter 1 in the Andromeda series. If you haven't read her material yet you should check it out, it's what inspired me to do this piece after reading the first chapter.
This is Nihlus meeting Andromeda for the first time when she was a child. This takes you back before Saren was indoctrinated, so Nihlus and Saren are investigating a settlement where Krogan attacks have been reported. And the story begins...

I use the "Artists' Oil" set a lot. The two I switch between a lot are "Wet Oily Brush" and "Wet Oily blender". I also use the subtle pallet knife and of course the blender set and for a lot of the tones I use the "Digital WaterColor" broad water brush.
The scratchboard tool? I haven't tried that one, where's that one at?

"Pens-scratchboard tool",it's very powerful,you can use it as fine point while you make it small.Also you can use it as a paint tool when you decrease the opacity.
I love scratchboard tool,it can finish the picture without changing the brush~
