I did this about a month ago but have been holding off on showing it until today since this commission was for a client's girlfriend's birthday.The two Shepards up front are her custom characters in Mass Effect 2 and their love interest by their sides with other members she always used on the team.
The female Shep took the paragon path and obviously the male Shep took the renegade, hence the color split down the middle. This piece ended up being a 24"x36" print. Kudos to Daniel for putting a lot of thought into his girlfriend's gift. He even had to sneak around to get in game screen shots off her computer of her custom Sheps while she wasn't there.

Sir, I am quite at awe with this.
Not only is it exceptionally well drawn but also the layout and structure of the characters is down right fenomenal.
And the background contains the most spot-on SR2 & Reapers I have seen so far in any fan art.

Lovely painting, a lot of details and reasons why such and such is there, love that. The only thing which looks kinda out of place is the normandy. It looks tiny with a lot of space around it, whereas Schwarzenegger's terminator is taking up the whole right side

Hmm, excellent point on the Normandy area. Originally I was going to fill that area with a lot of stars but I didn't make them bright enough it seems. LOL no I understand, it's like the great Leonardo Da Vinci once said "Art is never completed, only abandoned"

They could have made the eyes a yellow colour or smth to stray a bit from Terminator
Sometimes to know how to improve/complete art you need to look at the picture a week later or have someone else comment on it. Always works for me :] Though looking a few years later only makes you go "omg, did I really draw this?" XD

ace in the hole! what really sells this work is the use of temperature. The nice warm on top of cool and vise versa really brings the piece alive!
