When I started painting the Atom Bomb Cola series it was to create a buzz about a local business in Yankton , SD. The locals love the series so I kept making them, the owners of the establishment had a son that fell in love with the series, him being a fallout 4 and vintage fan he knew where the inspiration came from. Our first conversation was about Fallout 4 which bridge the age gap between us, we sat and talked like two kids sharing our funny moments all through out the game. He told me he was going to buy one of my Atom Bomb Cola prints because it reminded him of the game so much, unfortunately this never happened. Paul took his own life this year, which came as a shock to all of us.
His family is launching a foundation to bring suicide awareness, prevention and aftercare support in the surrounding areas. I have given reproduction rights of Atom Bomb Cola to his mom to serve as a way to raise money for the foundation. The fact that Paul liked the ABC series so much, I felt it was only right to make it a part of the foundation. I also wanted to make Paul part of Atom Bomb Cola as a gift to his mom and fiance. So here he is, in all of his post apocalyptic, soda drinking vintage glory. I only wish he was around to see it. R.I.P Paul.

They're in the process of building their main website which will have a store that will be selling the ABC prints and other items to help their cause. This is the first organization of it's kind to launch in this area.
