I've been playing Mass Effect 1 and 2 lately and for me it's been one of the best games I've played in a long while. I really like the team of misfits concept because that will pretty much cater to just about anyone...someone will find at least one character they like and can relate with. One of my favorites was Tali'Zorah. Was it because of her abilities? No for me it was the fact that she is the most selfless character in the game and even though you never see her face because of the suit she has to wear, it doesn't take much to see through the mask to find something beautiful.There's always discussion about what she would look like without her mask, this is my contribution. I based it on what little you can see while she's wearing it.

I haven't played Dragon Age. I was never really interested in it before, but after playing ME1 and ME2, I am considering it. I'm a WoW subscriber so in some respects I am a little burnt out on Fantasy, but I do miss Dungeon Siege and Dragon Age appears to be similar to that only with much more depth of course.
I picked up ME1 and 2 because they were on sale on Steam. I got ME1 for 4.99 and ME2 for 23.99. I feel like a thief now at those prices. They were easily worth five times that amount.

Well it's the same people so I am pretty sure you'll like it. I was the same way though before I bought it (Dragon Age) because I wasn't sure I'd be interested in it with the whole fantasy scene. The writing and character development is pretty the same as the ME series so it makes it pretty awesome.

Yeah. Ill probably give Dragon Age a try the next time it goes on sale. It was on sale for 30 dollars last week but I was still busy with ME1 at the time so I passed up the offer.

I can only imagine how they were writhing in their seats, until they saw the mask was thrown to the camera. It was such an assed move made by Bioware.
But I think they'll show it at Mass Effect 3, since that will be the last. So all the unanswered questions will have to be... well, answered. xD

Interesting. I have yet to play Mass Effect 2 (I'm waiting until it gets a little cheaper). I thought that if you played as a male Shephard you could coax her into having a sex scene with you and in this scene she will take her mask off. Or is that just a rumour? Never mind. I'll see when I play the game.
I agree with you on all accounts though. Mass Effect is also for me one of the best games I've played in a long while. Of all the characters, Tali is one of my favourites as well (right after ever cynical Jeff "Joker" Moreau).
I really like the texture you used that is most visible on Tali's head cloth. It makes the picture look like it's a water colour painting on a rough paper. Very pretty. Those two lines across her nose, however, make her look almost... evil?

ME2 is definitely worth the play, I am looking forward to 3. Yeah both male and female Shepard have the option to have a romance option. There isn't really sexual content to them, more like a love interest that I'm sure will carry into ME3. The male Shepard can start up conversations with Samara, Kelly, Jack, Tali, and Miranda that will lead into other things. The same goes for the female Shepard for Jacob, Garrus and Thane.
Thank you for the compliments, yeah I've had a few people say that this looks more like the darker side of Tali but that wasn't my intent. I just wanted a calm look to her, maybe I should have went the butterflies and rainbows route.

Really beautiful! Kind of resembles her voice-actor too. I'd really think that if her face would be shown, she'd look pretty much like Liz Sroka, just like how most other human(like) characters resemble theirs. But again, gorgeous!

This is such a beautiful portrayal of Tali and I'm very glad that I found it. This would have to be one of the better concept designs of Tali that I have seen, its excellent. I think you have done a great job with the colour scheme, the tone of her skin is much like that of her mask and I also think that the small details in the clothing are particularly effective! You must have alot of patience! Amazing

I really like this painting. Definitely one of the best bits of fanart of her I've seen around. The texture is nicely done and I like the hint of ruddy purple on her nose.
Bioware is going to have trouble if they do plan on a reveal in ME3. I think it might be best if they just showed her eyes unmasked or something; fan blowback can be a terrible thing!

I think the fans should look at the current cast and ask themselves if it's even possible to have what they want. I mean miranda has some similarities from the real woman they modeled her after but she doesn't look entirely like her. Or take Jack, she looked really cool in the concept art but not so much the same on the final render. To Each His Own, that's a tough way to make everyone happy.
