HNNNNNNG ; u ; MY FIRST EVER COMMISSION
So (who, by the way, has an amazing dA name) asked for a chibi drawing of Bill and the BLU Engineer.
They happen to be two of my favorite Valve characters so I was more than happy to oblige. :' D
