Description
The Countdown to King of the Monsters continues with the first of the Monarch files for the roster of Titans that will be in my fan made poster/cover for a "Destroy All Monsters" remake. Unsurprisingly, the first one is Godzilla. I guess now would be a good time to describe how the files will look. They will each have a photo of the monster, its Titan name, like Titanus Gojira as seen here, an origin story, and statistics such as their height and weight. In this case, the origin for Godzilla is from the 2014 film, which takes up the majority of the file's description of him. There is mention of King of the Monsters, though, obviously I haven't seen the film yet, so I don't know if he'll meet up with the other Titans in the film. I also forgot to mention his encounter with Kong, but alluded to it towards the end with "uniting with old allies and enemies", which is also a reference to his encounters with Mothra and Rodan. This is, of course, assuming the two monsters act as allies and/or enemies to him in the film. I've heard both ways, so I guess we'll see what happens. Either way, tomorrow, Rodan will receive his own file.
