Description
This is my first in class walk cycle assignment. I used the new CS4 Bone Tool, mostly because that was what the assignment was. There are some glaring errors with this, like a small jump ever second or two, her hoodie goes to high like in the preview image, and the Bone Tool does some weird stuff to her legs in a few frames. But besides that, i'm happy with it. And I enjoy drawing this character, her name is Bink. She is based off a friend of mine who used to play Zelda and only cut the grass; and was mexican. Bink = Beaner lINK.

With her expression, and the never ending hallway, this is very easily very creepy. but I love the style of this character.

Very impressive in its simplistic detail. This a level of fluidity I hope to use more in my own animations.

Some minor things bug me, mostly her left leg; it goes past her skirt at the end of the animation, and the knee gets pretty messy when it bends, there.
All in all though, amazing work. I love the character, you really nailed the "nervous first day" expression, and minus the small things I mentioned, the animation is totally amazing.

Trust me, I've noticed all the errors; the only problem is I saved the file down a version, and it prevents me of making those changes. The messy part is part of the flaws of Bone Toolin'. But hey, nothing can be perfect on the first try!

I love the style and the hat is a fun little nod at Zelda.
Also smooth animation.

I looked at the walk cycle you did, can you explain how you make the background transparent? Or did you just change the background to the same color as Deviantart?
