Scrappy Doo is arguable one of the most hated Scooby Doo characters in that fandom, so much so that he's the namesake for the TV trope about inserting an annoying new characters to a show. Though it should be noted that there's another Scooby Doo character that out "Scrappy'ed" Scrappy. Flim Flam a young con artist who appeared in the short lived 13 Ghost of Scooby Doo.I heard there's some characters in that My Little Pony: Magic is Friendship cartoon who are brothers named Flim and Flam. I can't hear the term Flim Flam without thinking of the Scooby-Doo character.
So why not combine together one of the most popular cartoon styles on Deviantart with one of the least like characters ever. Should be fun.

I can't hate Scrappy Doo or Flim Flam! I just can't! But, hey, to each his/her own. I personally liked Flim Flam. I wish they had done a little more exploration of his character, but alas, Hanna Barbera did no such thing! Good job on your take on Flim Flam! If he had been a part of MLP:FiM fandom I bet he would look just like this!

I never understood why people hated Scrappy, I always liked his headstrong attitude, kinda reminded me of...me, heh heh...I DO hate what the live action movie did to him, but I just kinda ignore that thing...

Don't beat me for when I say this: I didn't care for Flim Flam, but I like Scrappy. He's one of my favorite characters.

fun fact.
Hanna Barbera created flim flam, but they said that they actually hate flim flam, and they made him to make scrappy look good, because they liked scrappy and wanted to keep him, but when warner came into the picture they scrapped scrappy and made him a villain.

I don't hate Scrappy, I think alot of it is unfair hatred. Though I really do hate Flim Flam, he was so sucky and annoying.
