Its hard to get muscles realistically, especially if you don't have the muscle to pose your yourself. Another good source for drawing materials, I've found, is those weight lifting magazines. You get those roid-rage guys to practice drawing ripped super heros with.

I spend 3 hours last night staring at posemaniacs.com (thanks for that link it's awsome being able to turn the figures aorund), my anatomy book and printing off refrence images. I then I still couldn't think of the back as simple. Great timing on this. It's going to make the drawing I'm working on much easier.
I like the fact that you simplize things. And then tell us to get off our butt and research. It's far to easy to just watch tutorials, but you give use a lot of other info and links.
