DESCRIPTION ADDED 6/6/2007:This idea came about through sheer bordom, to be honest. The Alien Xenomorph is a very cool creature, even though I have not even seen any of the ALIEN movies. I can just imagine our Godzilla fighting a giant Xenomorph, so thats how this idea came about.

I don't know how the heck an embryo would manage to get out of Godzilla's body, of if it could even survive in there to be begin with... or how a facehugger is supposed to even GET one in Godzilla in the first place...
but if you could to that point, you've got yourself a xenomorph large enough to fight Godzilla. Also, maybe their blood would actually hurt him, so it wouldn't be so painfully one sided.

face huggers could easily crawl into Godzilla's mouth, if your big enough, they'd by-pass the whole face-hug process and simply crawl into your mouth, down your throat, and release the embyro there. as for escaping once the embryo has grown into a xenomorph; there are a few things about their physiology that helps them:
once fully grown, the chestburster emits skin and bone softening hormones to help it escape, coupled with the fact that a human spawned xenomorph has impressive bite power as a chestburster (to chew through the Armour on marine hosts), it can imagine a Godzilla chestburster would have a ridiciouls bite strength even in chestburster form. that and its possible for the chestburster to chose other exits, such as the mouth (see AvP 2010's alien campain)

I've heard the G Vs. Clover nonsense, and while it would be a good fight, it would be impossible for them to get together. But a previous post actually gave a good idea for an AVG movie. Nice poster, I like to see Godzilla and Alien, my two favorite things, together.

It'd be like Godzilla gats facehugged, then a tiny chestbuster bursts out, but grows quickly into a mammoth Queen Godzilla Xenomorph, which engages Godzilla in a fight to the death! Cool!

Aliens could have a reproducing frenzy in Godzilla because either they wouldn't be able to get out and die or he wouldn't even notice if some popped out(unless like a million did at once). And that's if his radioactive innards don't kill them.
