this is really great..if it weren't for the words (dead give away) i'd guess it to be ice cubes in soda..well if there werent a white background.

Erm, should I feel stupid for not knowing what this is?

I really like the compositon though. The warm red and orange/brown colours look really good and the slight translucency and "marble" texture make this shot look amazing
