Yes she was a brazilian belly dancer at the Rio Orient Festival. This was the opening number, and I quickly shot the picture.

I was absolutely impressed by all the dancers lines

yes, and especially watching the combination of Brazilian passion within the belly dance that these dancers displayed. A nice experience!
