As an old-timer, I happen to prefer the look of slightly sleeker boots without the foot/toe color contrast, but I know the modern fusion style has more fans, so this is NOT a crit. And, more importantly, THANK YOU SO MUCH for not putting her in impractical high heels!

I actually tend to go for either the sleek look or just no color change between the boot and the sole/toe, especially with tights, but I decided to go with the colored toes on this because I felt the 'Converse' look worked with both the street clothes and the fact that Steph is a teenager.
And god no, no heels. Never heels.

I liked the way you switched her cape for a trenchcoat-y thing, giving her a more urban feel--and the fact that she's primarily a black outline emphasizes her role as someone who works from behind the scenes, playing people against each other.....
