Actually tracing isnt stealing its an action, you are tracing the picture, or map to make a copy. Tracing isn't involved with stealing in any definition. Yes, it's not your actual art or style but yet again you aren't stealing you are just taking someone's work and making it your own.

Actually I trace my sketches on digital art and colour it because I don't have lots of equipment.

I'm agenst traceing and then putting it up somewhere and say YOU did ALL the art. Though, personally, I am just getting back into drawing and will see a pose I wand to draw while reading a manga or something. I print it out and trace it once or twice to get the feel of everything-my house has like 1 ruler and idk where it is if we have it so I have to just go from feel-then make my art, sometimes changeing from the originoal slightly.
