Ahh this looks so great! I love the atmosphere and how she looks so happy, the background fits in perfectly with her. Haru looks so cute, and all of her markings look nice also. She looks like she's looking at something off-camera that's interesting her. Her anatomy is nice, and I really like that one tree in the background too. The shading on Haru and the grass is perfect, and the leaves blowing by adds a nice touch too. The only small issue I see is that the neck is a bit too thick, but this is such a great picture! Thank you so much ;o; I sent the payment, this was so worth 300 points - I would've paid 1000 for this.
I have one question..what brush settings do you use for your lineart? I got a wacom tablet and I thought it'd make lineart easier but I'm still having a lot of trouble ;_; All of my lines are always so shaky.

On paint tool sai there is an option on the top, it says "stabilizer", when I do my lines I set it at 15, it helps keep them steady.

The tree and background came out pretty good! c; I like the shading and the way the fur is drawn.
For critiques, I'd say you might want to do some cloud study and perhaps place the blowing leaves in scattered directions. In this, they're mostly in one place. I like this piece and it's very well done. ^^
