Description Thou simplified, here is a better ref of the wings: [link]

Reference of my character and fursona Zuno ShadowCat.
She's a sunling, base for my story #KingdomOfCats , but is not currently in it. Anyara has taken her intended place instead.

ShadowCat is my fursona, the character that represent me.
I have collected all of my art of her in a gallery folder: [link]

ShadowCat is a female, 23 years of age (currently)
She is a Sunling with water/water powers.
Her anatomy is that of a Lynx.
This image was based on a bobtail drawn by J.C.Amberlyn in the art book "Drawing Wildlife"

She has white feathered bird wings, but they can be "summoned". She doesn't always have them out.
To better see her markings I left the wings out on the reference, and made a simple representation of them instead.
To better see her markings I put a smaller version without shading up in the left corner.

Her design has changed only a little since she was first made.
She used to have more white in her face and recently I also decided to remove her fluffy scurf around the neck and add fluffy cheeks instead.
The color of the wings have varied allot.

Drawing fur is a long proses of learning. I've studied it for years and are still not satisfied with my "level"

I'll be sure to fix her look in that one pic I did earlier.

BTW About that sketch of our Kimbaling I showed you, I'm still making some adjustments to it.

Oh & how did you do that fur effect?

No need to change past works =^_^=
This is for future reference

The shading and fur effect was all done in grayscale. Colors was done on a separate layer on overlay.
I blotched in the gray colors and added shading and highlights where needed, then used a tiny hard blend on 100% to drag the gray colors in to each other, following the way the hair goes.
I also used that technique on the colors, so it looked natural with the grayscale

This is great. And I'm always happy to see you work on the cats. But I'm still waiting for that 'Light'-thing.

IN that '100 chalenges' or whatever it was called, nr. 3 was Light, as far as I recall.
