I play D&D, hell, I'm doing it tomorrow. It's awesome, as long as your party listens. Anywho, D&D ponies:Applejack, Acreborn Ranger of the Apple clan. (Ranger)
Rarity, Rogue of the order of the Shadowveil. (Rogue)
Rainbow Dash, Barbarian warrior from the Icewing tribe. (Barbarian)
Fluttershy, Druid from the Everfree forest. (Druid)
Pinkamena Diane Pie, member of the Ponyville Bard's Guild. (Bard)
Twilight Sparkle, High Wizard of the Celestial School of Magicka. (Wizard)

i think so, but maybe you can consider:
Rarity as a Sorceress, since i think that she is based on Charisma and Good-Looking. She also is a Unicorn and uses magic
Rainbow Dash can also be a Warrior with high Dexterity (Blade Dancer?). Remember that she want to became a Woderbolt that can be translated in a sort of Fighters Guild /Knight Order or else
Fluttershy Druid or Healer. Druid are more interested about nature not only in animals
