The kitten is so cute! I've tried taking pictures this good of my cats but can't, that's why I really love this piece!
The only thing I'd suggest change to is the eyes. I can see a reflection of a person in one eye, but I'm not quite sure what's going on in the other. You can use a photo manipulator and get rid of the images all together, I feel like that will complete the picture.
