Just a little random idea that came to mind that turned into a little AU.

When I first went through Fetch, I noticed that Fetch has a similar mindset as the Twisted Animatronics, which is to find and retrieve whatever or whomever its owner tells it to. The Twisteds dug underground as their main way of travel, then would lure and grab any children (or adults) that get too close, then bring them back to Afton, some of the victims accidently springlocking themselves and dying when trying to escape. Fetch is programmed to go out and grab whatever it is told to get by any means necessary and takes his orders literal to the extreme, even to the point of dismembering, maiming, and killing people to retrieve them. Not to mention, he can dig, even when severely damaged.

So, I came up with an idea, what if Fetch was a Twisted? Specifically, what if Fetch and the Twisted Wolf were the same animatronic? Maybe, Fetch had one of those discs hidden in him (maybe the tag on his collar?) and when Greg beats him mercilessly with a bat, the collar falls off? Or the disc gets damaged to a point to where it can't perform its illusion anymore, and Fetch turns into his true form: the Wolf. He obviously can't be seen as a huge monstrous canine, so after his final retrieval, he leaves and texts Greg the famous, "C U."

Again, this was just a random idea that came to mind and wanted to share it.
