SOMEONE needs to convince this grumpy man there is NO reason to hate Zephyr (ModelHorses4life)!

I AM LITERALLY A MONTH AND TEN DAYS LATE!!! MAJOR APOLOGIES!

Anyways, this piece is a gift for the inhumanly patient and wonderful ModelHorses4life ! Thank you so much for being so amazingly patient with my imploding life and surgery! Sorry it took me so long! I wanted to give it the attention it deserved.

A little backstory here: When ModelHorses4life came out with ref sheets for her palomino steampunk themed OC, Zephyr, we had a funny conversation theorizing what would happen if our two OCs named Zephyr were to ever meet…

I give you… that very meetup xD

Unfortunately, I now realize why I don’t draw my Zephyr (roan paint) often. He is impossible to color and shade correctly. xD On the other hand, Zephyr (ModelHorses4life) has an incredible design and was very fun to work with! The tiny details really made me stop and plan the work before I dove into it headfirst. xD I really hope I did this friendly bean justice!

Seriously though, my Zephyr needs to learn his lesson! Maybe ModelHorses4life’s Zephyr will start to rub off on him… And we’d better hope so before my Zephyr turns that cloud into a raging thunderstorm! xD

Again, HUGE thank you to ModelHorses4life for two reasons – one, letting me work with her amazing boi, Zephyr and two, for being so patient! Hope you enjoy!!!

EDIT: Because I’m a complete goof and forgot to mention… THANK YOU Baringa-of-the-Wind for the amazing horse brushes! They made roaning SO much easier!!!
