I was having a little bit of an art block and two incredibly hard weeks. xD I needed to do something simple to pull myself out of it and still, I can’t draw people.

“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” is perhaps my favorite TV show of all time. I love the characters, the story was amazing, and I felt a legitimate loss when the show ended at its 7th season.

Daisy “Quake” Johnson has to be my favorite character, or at least tied for first (Coulson is the other LOL). Why not go a bit out of my comfort zone and represent my favorite superhero as a horse? The result is both hilarious and kind of badass. xD

I tried to go for her look in season 6 as this was my favorite. Her gauntlets were very fun to work on as well as her hair. I tried to keep the shading simple, but I wasn’t too happy with the shading in her mane and tail. Again, I struggled with the legs! I think it worked out… sort of. xD I also tried to recreate the iconic “Quake using her powers” determined expression. You can decide whether or not I succeeded LOL. The power effects were fun to work with, even if it doesn’t quite look like it does in the show. Overall, I’m pretty proud of this piece, even if it was a goofy idea! xD
