Well, I guess, it wouldn't be the first time, that some examination results would be faked.
But since these lawyers appears to be very suspicous it would be a hard task.

I meant, they are going to prepare some fake results of x-rays.
At the x-ray appointment they have to replace the real results with the faked ones - and this is the tricky part of the plan - without noticed by their "opponents".
And then... "Money compensation, I can hear you coming!"

Heh. Nice bit of pressure from the defense there. They can string this out all the way up to the day before a trial then back off and do a settlement if they want to. Weeks or even months during which she'll have to stay in that cast the entire time to keep up appearances if they're serious about trying to get a settlement.
