Description
The Faceless - Supporting act for SuffoactionRickshaw Theater, Vancouver
I love it when metal bands have dreads, its always a big draw for my lens, trying to catch the monster that it creates.
I dont know where the light on his face came from, but the hair framing his face just works for me..

For a second I thought this was Ryan Helm...
Ha! But it's a dude in The Faceless. Just as good; they rock! \m/

Hehe, totally agree, dreads rock!
And thatΒ΄s one cool capture - Medusa!
Normally I donΒ΄t like it, when ppl "torture" their hair like that, buuut...for some musicians (like Tomi from Amorphis)I make an exception. And for photography dreads are just great of course.

very nice shot! I would have said get the shutter speed to capture it without blur...but it really works in this. It looks like a fly trap closing its mouth to capture something (like his head haha). I really like this picture, good job!

Yeah, its hard to anticipate motion blur and shutter speeds, since the lights are not constant
