It was a rather bad part of town, I understand.  I think he might have suffered an overdose, or stroke related to a bad lifestyle.  Regardless, I doubt he could have afforded a bus if that was the case.  The 'world' definitely needs to think twice about their actions sometimes.  Taking an ambulance for a cold... tsk tsk on people.
