Yeah. I had to.

I hardly, hardly ever get pics of main human characters in a Pokemon game, tending to get Pokemon/anthro Pokemon/gijinka Pokemon. The closest I tried to make one work out was when...I bet on the wrong NPC in Gen VI, getting a couple pics of Fiona the muscular Furiose Girl...and of course with the Hex Maniac blowing up and me moving on as usual...that didn't go very far.

However as I was making my way through the Team Star story in Scarlet...it wasn't merely just that there was Eri. It wasn't just the fact there was an amazonian (possibly muscular) wrestler that was the "strongest" of the squad and the leader of the Fighting squad of the group. It wasn't even the fact that she's adorable with the tiara and long hair and the idea that under that wrestling makeup is one of the greatest girls in Pokemon. It's...she and Penny are basically just Luisa and Mirabel from Encanto. OK...there's also that NPC Carmen we meet at the start of the Caph Squad raid...but Eri and her relationship with her people and her relationship with her "boss" just felt like it had to be done. (that and...hulking sweetheart and shy girl with glasses so...yeah, it's the Mirabel/Luisa Hug...just throw some Mudbrays around them and you'd have it perfectly)
