I love this !! Can I ask if it's kinda stupid but what is the bg size and the size of the brush when you making pixel art . This size in the pic

Not stupid at all, no worries!
The canvas (background) size for this was 80x100, and I use a 1.0 size default binary brush for most of my pixels, including this one. I hope that helps!

Oh, I actually use Paint Tool SAI, and I personally don't use Photoshop for my pixels.
After looking it up, it looks like all you need for making pixels in Photoshop is using the default pencil brush, set at 1.0. I just tested it myself, and it does give you the same effect as the binary tool in SAI!
