You have no idea how fried my brain is from working on this for so long. and jeeeze I don't ever want to cut it that close again. But hey, I did my best with the time I had.
I got paired up with Warlord-Malakai and their pokemon, Yuroacka . I hope I kept you pokemon and trainer it character ok! ;w; I tried to pull something from what I read on their bio's so hopefully it's not to far off..? also sorry if Yuro looks a little weird... I couldn't shade him normally since hes so dark, and i hope i got the markings at least 70% accurate.
Anyway!

I did have to laugh that we both had similar idea's with Chestnut and the Seedbomb. This piece though is utterly gorgeous between the colours, the style, and even the general layout.
It was quite the thing to see in my feed last night and gave me that final bit of encouragement I needed to get my own done in time.
I actually felt quite invested following the little plot with Chestnut over the course of this contest, and his determination to get that Ribbon really shows through.
Despite being your opponent, I really want to see him win to be honest. It's alright Yuoracka will be content with being a pretty flower. Totally not the case but we'll pretend he will be.
All I all, I had a blast this round and am really glad I got you as my opponent for the contest. I wish you the best in the judging.

I felt so rushed as well, the shading and the backgrounds could have used more attention, and some of the lines look off to me- but I'm glad you like it as well! it means a lot, all that you said. ;w;
