Description
Nïbï wants to go home more than anything in the universe and regularly calls his Parent Units on his Radio Raygun, (batteries and cold fusion reactor sold separately). He is currently trying to find any kind of rocket or spacecraft that can reach his home planet, but he’s having a hard time finding one. Still, his cousin and granny support him and do everything they can to make him feel at home, including flooding his room. His planet’s 90% water, don’t worry about it.

Experiment - inexplicably, the electric shock of you weapon is boosted to see how the target reacts.
Galactic Diplomacy - Try to end the battle by signing the Intergalactic Treaty of Stop-It.
Have some Gorp - Strange substance that heals a little bit of damage and roll a 1d100 to see what taste you get. Can be thrown but is very sticky

Best friend: his Radio Raygun (it also doubles as a grappling hook, along with 94 other uses [most of which are in disrepair] but still!)

Funfact: When I originally was creating him years ago, he did not have a cousin, but I decided to make two of my characters related, seeing as having someone there for them besides a powerful matriarch would be good for the boys.
