Earworm (noun) - a catchy piece of music that continually repeats through a person’s mind after it is no longer playing

Perry never gets board; Her life is full of excitement, action, and a catchy soundtrack!
She is at her most powerful during cartoon conventions and Obligatory Winter Holiday time, due to the over abundance of catchy songs. But as we all know, the rest of the year there is a government ban of seasonal songs, so most of the time she’s on the run for accidental crimes and copyright infringement.
Yup, never board at all... Gods, what would she give to be board.

Moves:
Generic Jingle - summon small worms that are themed after small advertisements and the like. Are very slow but make a killer barbershop quartet!
Greater Jingle - It’s like Stands from Jojo meets Vocaloid, but more annoying! Can only be summoned when a large amount of people are all thinking about same song.
Synchronicities - dispel a Jingle to pop it into someone’s head to distract them. May heal or damage them depending on their musical tastes.
Get Out Of My Head(phones) - anytime someone tries to effect you with a mind-based epithet, you can block them out by playing a catchy song over and over, although such concentration will dispel any Generic Jingles you might have out.

Funfact: I named her after a character from the tv show Phineas and Ferb, seeing as they are well know for always having at least one catchy song in every episode.
Also, I’d like to headcanon that if Phil gets better, she could be his friend while he uses his powers to make her not a criminal for two seconds. But he’s going to have to want to get better. It takes work to be a good person, especially if the cards are stacked against you.
