**EDIT: I couldn't choose between "Izzy" or "Ink" so I combined the two, and now her name is Izzyink! It's pronounced the same as if the two words weren't together.

or an African Painted Dog, or a Painted Wolf (even though AWDs are not wolves), if you prefer.

New character, because I actually really love African Wild Dogs and for some odd reason I rarely draw them.

She doesn't have a story or anything, I'm just fleshing out ideas for her markings. So far the body spots/blotches are fine to me, but I'm considering either keeping her blaze or giving her a pink mask...I'm not sure yet.

As of now she doesn't have a name, either. I keep thinking "Rose" but as soon as I think of it I feel there's just some other name I'd like to call her, but considering I don't like leaving my characters nameless I'm sure I'll come up with something by the end of the week. Feel free to leave suggestions--I'm thinking something simple, that has to do with her colors, canines in general or a simple dog name (don't be shy to mention traditionally male or a unisex names, either; a lot of my characters have them).

Something tells me if she stays around she'll be joining Skip and Alyssa in my apparently growing army of sparkledogs. Dammit. I promise I'm not trying to be a DA cool-kid, I just like colorful characters...
