Description
A bit of a retrospect of the manufacturers of Android-based devices against iOS based devices. What a contest.Available as a wallpaper in 2560x1600 only. Resize if you'd like. All logos portrayed are copyright of their respective owners, the manufacturers.

Those are the Corporations that provide the software, not necessarily the manufacturers of the devices themselves. Then again, Foxconn builds the iPhone 4. lol

Err, you are wrong. For example, Google made Nexus One and Galaxy Nexus.. Also Google now owns Motorola Mobility, which means Motorola phones are made by Google.
Anyways, its a nice wallpaper. Android for the win.

Incorrect. HTC manufactured the Nexus One. Samsung manufactured not only the Galaxy S (which you forgot about) but also the Galaxy Nexus. When I did this wallpaper, Motorola was still on it's own.
Nothing against Android as on operating system, I like 4.0, and that's pretty much it.

Samsung Co-manufactored galaxy nexus with google. Also Samsung partly manufactures iPhones. Oh and Samsung manufactured Galaxy S, well no shit. Surely I must've forgotten it because I did not mention it.

I don't know why it's such a big deal anyways. I design for a lot of platforms now and the post wasn't meant to bash Android as an OS, just the manufacturers because of the massive amounts of fragmentation between devices. At least with 4.0, Google has released some guidelines that we should follow. But thanks for your input though.

haha, thank you. Just a tiny rant, but then again, Apple doesn't let their operating system run on 3rd party devices. I wouldn't like to see that, but I do like their control of their own work.
